The feedback received from the Extended Hours Survey and all future patient surveys will be subject to review by a Patient Participation Group.

In order that we might include patients that provide a fully representative cross section of our patient population, we intend to create a virtual Patient Reference Group, using the medium of the internet.

The aim will be to ensure that patients are involved in decisions relating to the range and quality of services, with the Patient Reference Group;

i)   agreeing and prioritising the views to be sought from the patients

ii)  reviewing feedback received and agreeing actions

iii) agreeing the reporting of findings and agreed actions to patients
